Forged Drilling’s executive leadership team has focused on effectively identifying and collaborating on Indigenous engagement priorities and performance relevant to our business.

Indigenous Community Engagement

Forged Drilling looks for consultation opportunities within local Indigenous communities to establish relationships with Indigenous workers and contractors and our project management process includes early dialogue and planning to allow Indigenous workers and contractors equal opportunity.
